EXCHANGES: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed online are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order.
- We do not issue refunds, however we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange.
- Clearance or Items that are on Sale of any sort are FINAL SALE
- Jewelry, Hats , Hair Accessories & Bralettes are FINAL SALE
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Any items that have been washed are not eligible for return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of having received your order (as per tracking info )
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages
- Item must be received by us in same condition as it was originally shipped. If item is broken, damaged, or appears to have been worn, no credit will be issued and you will have to pay for shipping to have it returned to you
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or an incorrectly sized item, you have 3 business days from the time you receive your order to give us a call or email letting us know. After 3 business days we are unable to replace or refund your incorrect or damaged item.
- After initial shipment to customer is verified as delivered by shipping agency, the postal service is responsible for lost or damaged items. Customer must track returned items and purchase shipping insurance if they chose to do so.
- Customer must pay shipping to return item back to store
- Store Credits Will Be applied 2-3 days after we review the product and will be issued to you in a gift card form through email
- Store Credits never expire ( however if you lose it , we can not replace )
